By accessing or using the Crew app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Crew. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Platform Use

Crew is a marketplace connecting film and production crew with clients who need professional services. We facilitate connections and payments but are not a party to contracts formed between users.

Payments

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Crew takes a platform fee on completed transactions
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the agreement between the parties to each booking
• Payouts to crew members are subject to Stripe's payout schedules

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass the platform to conduct off-platform transactions
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation

User Content and No-Tolerance Safety Policy

Crew has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not upload, post, send, or display content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, illegal, spam, impersonation, or otherwise unsafe for the community.

• Messages and user content may be filtered, blocked, removed, or reviewed for safety
• Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users from safety tools in the app
• Blocking a user removes that user from your message feed immediately and notifies Crew for review
• Crew reviews objectionable content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, suspend accounts, or eject users who violate these Terms

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the community, at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Crew a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Crew does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by users on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
